Things you need to know:

​• All class reservations are held with a credit card. No exceptions, sorry. You may pay cash upon arrival for the class if you do not want to use your credit card. Advise us of this decision. If you do not show up for class, your credit card will be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be received one week in advance to ensure a refund.

• A minimum of 6 students is required for each class. If the student count is less than 6, the class may be canceled 

• Most classes last 2 1/2—3 hours, but could be longer. Stay on task.

• Classes begin promptly at the indicated time. We don’t wait. There is too much to do.

• All equipment is provided for you including aprons. You will be advised if you must provide something in advance of the class. Bring baggies or containers to take your goodies home with you should there be any.

• Feel free to bring a bottle of wine to the Mediterranean Kitchen or American Regional Cooking classes. We provide bottled water only. If you contact us, we will give you wine suggestions from the region of study that will pair with your meal.

Vertical Cake ….. $45
Did you ever bake a cake where the layers are verticals? We will learn how to make these fun cakes that will amaze your guests. Allow 4 hours for this class.

Pate au Choux - Sweet and Savory …… $40
A VERY versatile pastry. We’ll use it for Sweet Profiteroles and Eclairs and as Savory Appetizers. You see them make these on TV all the time. You know where the problems lie, so let’s show them what we know.

Spring Cheesecake ….. $40 2 LEFT
In this class we will make a yummy 9” Lemon Cheesecake with some fresh fruits. Cheesecakes are a labor of love as they take time and attention, but SO worth the effort. Please allow 3 hours, as the cakes will need to cool in the fridge for a bit.

 Crème Brulee ….. $30 1 LEFT
This custard technique ends with a butane torch! Everybody loves that part, but the purpose of this class is to get that creamy, silky smooth texture of a great custard. Bring 6-8oz baking dishes.

Bread Baking


Italian Ciabatta Bread I $35 SOLD OUT !!
 You will learn how to use the “couche” and “paddle” to make Ciabatta. But best of all, you’ll go home with a few loaves of bread. This class has been a favorite, so we will repeat it again.

New York Style Bagels ….. $30 SOLD OUT!!
We all love bagels and cream cheese, or that great Panera Hazelnut Spread. But you can make your own for half as much. Bagels take a little time but they freeze well for future use. We will make Cinnamon Raisin, Sesame, and Everything Bagels. Hazelnut Cream Cheese, too!

Easter Cake Decorating … $25
Just in time for the Easter Bunny. We’ll frost a 3 layer cake with Buttercream Frosting. Then decorate with a Spring flower/Bunny theme. Bring a cake carrier.
